    • For non-customized item orders that have not been shipped, please contact us at support@rugrugrug.com and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
    • For customized merchandise orders, please contact us immediately at support@rugrugrug.com and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund if the item is still in the production queue, or if the product has already been produced, we will not be able to issue a refund.
    • Please note that shipping fees and handling surcharges are non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned items check no problem.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
